Prime City is one of the few remaining cities left in the Divided States Of America. After the Blackout of 2039, Mega-Corp Namazo initate their power blockade, crippling cities across the country. New York was the first city to fall. Addicted to the neon surge, the city sold its rights to Namazo. Today, the city is a shadow of its former-self, losing its vibrancy and fervor. All that remains in its place is an echo of the past. This sector of Prime City is known as the Tokyo Block. What we see here is a glimpse of the past, the first few moments of the Blackout.Read More

In 2028 the first two dimensional LCD posters were developed and put up around Prime City. With a thickness of under 1mm, the new technology allowed companies and corporations to advertise moving images cheaply on a large scale. Within the year, the streets of the city were littered with E-Posters, perpetually advertising products and shoving in your face the latest gadgets and beauty trends. This is a poster issued by Julian’s Mega-Corp Record Label to advertise the single “Saturday”. The Rebel’s Lair
The lair is a 10,000 square foot safe house constructed by The Rebels in 2041. It operates on its own power grid and is home to one of the most complex encrypted networks in all of the Divided States. It is where The Rebel now spends most his time, planning cyber attacks, trading assets and plotting his revenge on the Mega-corps.Read More
